Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Who we are
State of Enterprise is an editorial publication. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect, and when
Analytics
We do not currently run any analytics or measurement on this site — no analytics pixel, no usage tracking, and no analytics identifiers are set. If we introduce first-party analytics in the future, we will update this policy and the cookie policy first, and any measurement will stay off unless you opt in through the cookie banner.
If you decline, none of this runs. If you withdraw consent later (via the Cookie preferences link in the footer), measurement stops and the session identifiers are deleted from your browser. We also honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store your email address and use Resend to deliver the newsletter. We use it for nothing else, and you can unsubscribe from any issue.
Forms
When you submit a form (for example a pitch or RSVP), we store what you submitted in order to act on it. Forms are protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Strictly necessary infrastructure
Our hosting providers set a small number of strictly necessary cookies that keep the site online and block abuse: Cloudflare's __cf_bm and _cfuvid (bot protection, short-lived). These are required for the site to function and are described in detail in our Cookie Policy.
What we don't do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not run cross-site or behavioural advertising trackers.
- We do not load fonts, analytics, or scripts from third-party ad networks.
Who processes data for us
Infrastructure providers process data on our behalf to run the site: Cloudflare (content delivery and security), Google Cloud (hosting), and Resend (newsletter delivery, only if you subscribe). Analytics events are retained as aggregated statistics about how content performs.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Contact us at [contact email] and we will act on your request. You can change your cookie choices at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the date above.
